Quick overview of bike basics |

Ride down to the field for bike familiarisation session |

Break for refreshments before finding out what you want to try and then practicing it! |

Sessions in the field and woodland areas including purpose-built tracks and a 10’ bomb crater! |

Break for BBQ lunch at around 1.00-1.30pm |
 |
Sessions concentrating on more advanced skills and tricks with plenty of rest breaks scheduled in! |

Finish at approx. 4.30pm |
